Domestic Delivery Policy

Processing Time:

All orders get processed within 1 business day. Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays. In cases of high order volumes, there might be slight delays. If a significant delay is expected, we will promptly contact you via email or phone.

Delivery Rates & Estimates

Shipment Method: Citypak or Fardar Express

Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 business days

Delivery Charge: FREE

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Upon shipping, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. For Tracking purposes, please contact through WhatsApp on +94 77 0033 670.

Damages: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim purposes.

International Shipping Policy

Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of Sri Lanka. We appreciate your understanding.
