Warranty Coverage:

This warranty ensures that your product is free from manufacturing defects. If the product malfunctions due to such defects, we will repair or replace it free of charge within the warranty period.
Warranty Period:

- The warranty period begins on the date of purchase, as indicated on the receipt or order confirmation.
Warranty Terms:
- This warranty applies exclusively to electronic devices purchased from RunRabbit.lk.
- Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as the RunRabbit Warranty Slip).
- If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced according to the terms outlined here.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications: Including physical damage, tampering, or mishandling of the device.
- Use with unauthorized accessories: Devices used with non-approved accessories or in ways not recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty is valid only if authorized accessories (such as the included charging cables) are used with the product.
- Improper power connection: Damage caused by connecting the device to incorrect voltage or current. (We provide USB Type-C cables with supported devices for safe charging.)
- Non-electronic products: This warranty does not apply to non-electronic items such as cosmetics, tools, or personal care products offered through RunRabbit.lk.
Warranty Claim Process:
If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact our customer support team at +94714000447. To initiate a warranty claim, provide the following:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- A description of the issue or defect experienced.
Upon verification, we will process your claim and either repair or replace the device. The claim process will take up to 14 business days from the date we receive the faulty product. If the product is beyond repair and still within the warranty period, a replacement device will be provided.
